250 g of flour | |
1 large green apple | |
20 cl of milk | |
60 g brown sugar | |
60 g butter + 30 g for the mussels | |
1 egg | |
1/2 sachet of baking powder | |
1 level teaspoon of ground cinnamon | |
1 pinch of fine salt. |
1. | Peel the apple. Core and grate it. Heat the oven to (180 °C). |
2. | In a bowl, mix the sifted flour with the yeast, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add the softened butter and the beaten egg and mix with the milk. Add the apple. |
3. | Pour the batter into eight individual buttered baking pans. Place them on the baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes. Turn out the muffins and let them cool on a rack before eating. |
