Ingredients

4 individual rolls with sourdough
4 slices of cold roast beef
1 avocado
100 g canned corn
1 tomato
50 g mixed salad
1 spring onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice lemon juice
Ground pepper
Salt, pepper.

Instructions

1.Slice the rolls in half thickly. Slice the tomato. Slice the bulb and stem of the onion.
2.Open the avocado, remove the stone and remove the flesh. Mash it finely with a fork, adding the lemon juice, one or two pinches of ground chilli, salt and pepper.
3.Fill the rolls with the lettuce, tomato slices, well-drained corn, roast beef and onion slices. Top with avocado sauce and sprinkle with minced onion stem. Serve chilled.
