Ingredients

250 g of flour
1 large green apple
20 cl of milk
60 g brown sugar
60 g butter + 30 g for the mussels
1 egg
1/2 sachet of baking powder
1 level teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 pinch of fine salt.

Instructions

1.Peel the apple. Core and grate it. Heat the oven to (180 °C).
2.In a bowl, mix the sifted flour with the yeast, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add the softened butter and the beaten egg and mix with the milk. Add the apple.
3.Pour the batter into eight individual buttered baking pans. Place them on the baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes. Turn out the muffins and let them cool on a rack before eating.
