
| 4 individual rolls with sourdough | |
| 4 slices of cold roast beef | |
| 1 avocado | |
| 100 g canned corn | |
| 1 tomato | |
| 50 g mixed salad | |
| 1 spring onion | |
| 2 tbsp. lemon juice lemon juice | |
| Ground pepper | |
| Salt, pepper. | 
| 1. | Slice the rolls in half thickly. Slice the tomato. Slice the bulb and stem of the onion. | 
| 2. | Open the avocado, remove the stone and remove the flesh. Mash it finely with a fork, adding the lemon juice, one or two pinches of ground chilli, salt and pepper. | 
| 3. | Fill the rolls with the lettuce, tomato slices, well-drained corn, roast beef and onion slices. Top with avocado sauce and sprinkle with minced onion stem. Serve chilled. |
